I like to cook. I especially like to cook outdoors and while camping. My favorite thing right now is cooking in a Dutch Oven (over charcoal). Below are some links I've collected, plus a couple of booklets I'm working on.
This is a collection of recipes that I have mostly grabbed or adopted from various places. I have tried to credit the original when I know it. I am continually adding to this book as I find new recipes and try them out. The majority of the recipes are for Dutch Oven.
